We’re excited to introduce the THS Patient Portal – our app designed exclusively for THS patients.
We’ve made it even easier for our clients to access the quality care that Therapeutic Health Services provides. The app will allow you to:
- Conveniently manage your appointments – Scheduling and cancelling appointments is easy and effortless, our user-friendly interface gives you the flexibility to manage your care conveniently
- Receive timely appointment reminders – Never miss another session with your provider thanks to our timely appointment reminders. Patients who prefer in-person or audio only appointments may still utilize the patient portal for appointment reminders and completing documents electronically
- Access telehealth video sessions – Easily and securely connect to telehealth visits with direct access
- Complete documents electronically – Securely review, sign, upload and manage client forms online saving time and paper
- Maximize safety and security – Your privacy and security are prioritized, we use meticulous security protocols to protect your personal information, privacy and health records
Accessing The Patient Portal
The Patient Portal is accessible via the web link or downloaded application (app). Once you provide an email or mobile number and an appointment has been scheduled with your THS provider, you will receive an initial appointment reminder (via email or mobile phone) which will include instructions on your initial registration for the Patient Portal.
By clicking on the link you received via email or mobile phone, it will automatically direct you to download the application or open the web link.
1. Check Your Email Or Mobile Phone For An Invitation
You’ll receive an invitation email from us to create a Portal account when your team first assigns you a form or schedules an appointment. Download the mobile app after confirming your account.
2. Access The Patient Portal
There are two easy ways to access the Patient Portal:
- Mobile App: Download the “THS Patient Portal” app from your device’s app store by searching for
“Therapeutic Health Services”
- Web-based: Enter https://app.ths-wa.org/login?next=%2Fhome%2F in your browser
Zoom App Download
To make your virtual experience seamless, download the Zoom app for your computer or the appropriate mobile app on your phone/tablet. If you haven’t received an email guiding you through this process, simply click on one of the following tiles based on your operating system.
Hardware Check
Before meeting with your care provider or clinic, it’s a good idea to test your microphone and camera settings through the Zoom app on your computer.
Here’s how:
1. Log in to your account here: https://app.ths-wa.org/login?next=%2Fhome%2F
2. Navigate to “Test webcam and microphone”
3. Follow the onscreen prompts to test your hardware

Joining Virtual Appointments
You can join your virtual appointments up to 10 minutes prior to the start time. The “Join Video Session” button will be illuminated 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Here’s what to do:
1. Click on the “Join Video Session” button
2. You will be prompted to open Zoom. Simply click “Open Zoom.us”
