Primary Care & Behavioral Health – A One-Stop-Shop

Our primary care services are designed to help our patients overcome the barriers to managing their physical health. These services are an important component of successful substance use and mental health recovery. By providing these services in the same building we offer a wellness-centered convenience.

Services provided through Primary Care include managing chronic conditions, preventive medicine, immunizations, wellness checks, and more.

THS Mental health and substance use counselors can assist patients with making appointments. We encourage patients to see one of our providers and we make it easy to connect to care.

Women’s Wellness
Clinic

The Women’s Wellness Clinic focuses on treating the unique needs of women in recovery. The Women’s Wellness Clinic provides care specifically tailored to every stage of a women’s life.

Services include preventative well women exams, family planning, contraception, infection screening and treatment, and breast and cervical health management.
