Friends and supporters of Layne Staley and his music have an awesome opportunity to pay tribute to him and his legacy at a slate of events scheduled this summer. Layne’s mother and others have come together to create three nights in three venues where fans and supporters can come experience a high-quality tribute. Thursday, August 22nd Layne Staley Tribute, 2019 Acoustic Night
Annual International Fountain Gathering, @7p.m. in the Seattle Center. This is a ‘Meet ‘n Greet’ held on Layne’s actual 52nd birthday. Fans will have plenty of time to see friends and some of Layne’s family, and to attend the Thursday night acoustic show.

Therapeutic Health Services and Layne’s family created The Layne Staley Memorial Fund in 2002 in memory of Layne Staley, lead singer of Seattle-based band Alice in Chains. Through THS, the fund provides hope, education, support and treatment funds for heroin recovery in the Seattle music community.
