What is Disability Pride?

Disability Pride Awareness in the workplace honors the contributions, talents and identities of individuals who are disabled. It promotes a culture of inclusion and challenges stigma and ableism and reinforces our commitment to accessibility, equity and respect for all.

Red: Physical Disabilities
Yellow: Cognitive and Intellectual Disabilities
White: Invisible and Undiagnosed Disabilities
Blue: Mental Illness
Green: Sensory Disabilities
Black: Mourning for those who have died not only as a result of their disabilities but also due to ableist violence, eugenics, and suicide.
