Caring and Compassionate Mental Health Treatment

Participants in the THS program work with their counselors to create an individualized treatment plan and make their own on-going treatment decisions. Our qualified counselors provide compassionate care for anyone needing help and support. We provide Mental Health Services at all seven of our locations in the Greater Seattle Area. Please note that our Adult and Youth Mental Health intake and assessment schedules open at two week intervals and close when all appointments within that two week have been filled. If the appointment schedule is closed when you submit a Get Help Form or call our Get Help Phone Line, our Patient Care Representatives will let you know when the schedule will reopen and you will need to re-contact us at that time.
Yes we do, but if you are seeking to enter treatment there are some important things to remember:
Please note, the intake clinician does not provide medication prescriptions, and referral for those services cannot happen until a patient is enrolled in services and meeting regularly with their assigned clinician. This may take several weeks. If you are running out of your current medication, please speak with your current prescriber to ensure you have adequate refills since we cannot guarantee when you will be scheduled for your first appointment with a psychiatric practitioner at THS. If you are not in contact with your prescriber and need your medication, please contact an urgent care clinic or behavioral urgent care clinic near you.
We cannot guarantee any medications will be prescribed as part of your treatment at THS once you are referred for psychiatric services, as that is a decision made at the discretion of our psychiatric practitioners

Recovery Starts With an Assessment
Every new patient at THS takes time with a counselor to explore the challenges they’re facing and how we can support the recovery process. The assessment shapes an individualized treatment plan outlining the patient’s health goals. Treatment plans play to the patient’s unique needs and strengths, while helping the individual in recovery to build on their own resiliency.

Mental health is such an important piece of recovery. A lot of places don’t offer it. In treatment you go through a lot of stuff and it’s important to be able to talk about that with someone you trust and that’s huge for me, that I’m able to trust.
It is so important to talk about things and sometimes you don’t even realize you need to talk about things until you get in with your counselor and you just start pouring out feelings. Your counselor helps you put things in perspective and helps you deal with the issues you’re facing.
