Sick Leave: Twelve days per year.
Vacation: Twelve days first year; additional day for each year of service thereafter (with a 20 day maximum rollover).
Personal Leave (PTO): One day of “Personal Time Off” per year.
Leave of Absence: Military: 15 days – THS covers the difference in pay (FT); Bereavement: 3 days paid (FT); Jury Duty: THS covers the difference in pay (FT).
Holidays: 11 paid Holidays.
Medical, RX and Vision: 100% of employee Base Plan premiums paid by THS, additional coverage plans also available.
Dental: 100% of employee premiums paid by THS, and 50% of dependent premiums.
